Welcome to our page, my social media friends call me Mama Reign or Ms. Healing. This is a family ran Advocacy. Years ago I found myself going through recovery and healing again after my 2nd failed marriage. At one point I lost all faith in everything. I lost myself, my faith and many people I cared about.

Never have I felt as if I was a saint. However, I knew there was something more to love then what i was shown in the first three decades of my life.

January 2021, I started advocating for different forms of abuse and healing from the love of narcissistic abuser and tendancies. I also found myself being the narcissistic person as I broke free from toxic cycles. Aswell as toxic addictive coping masks, most prescribed medically.

January of this year (2025) I had many mentees ask me “Mama, what happens if our social media sites go down with what is going on with our government offices and other countries.”

It was in that moment I panicked, in that moment I started to have long detailed talks with my husband. I realized how many people truly depended on us, not for anything other the support and communication, but to help keep the mental health and breathing life lights on. Through the DV and Mental Health battles followers watched me conquer through faith and sobriety for years, even though the curveballs and downfalls life tested me with.

In April I started searching for a community office to finally go back and finish acquiring the certifications I needed for us to officialy open advocacy office doors. Within weeks a higher power, other then the faith I had in myself, husband and an amazing social media moderator team. Just me and my husband, started testing if I would follow through full force.

Within weeks a car accident settlement answer fell into my hands.

I knew this was a blessing and a test to see if I would in fact open doors for “Healing the Switch” and start slowly backing away from some of the social medias that were time consuming and waste of mental health and energy.
